Came highly recommended and wasn't disappointed. The plumber I used to have has retired and he pointed in this direction. From the initial phone call (I had a good idea what was wrong with the boiler), I was given a quote - subject to any other problems - a day and time was arranged. The engineer arrived as planned and the job was completed. From the muttering and moaning there was definitely a hiccup with it being a straight forward job, but nothing said.
