Every staff member at giroscope could not be more helpful and welcoming. More than just a landlord, and are more than willing to help if they can at a drop of a hat. Giroscope, a registered charity, buys and renovates empty properties in West Hull to provide affordable homes for those in housing need.

 

Our properties are finished to a high standard, are energy efficient and let at affordable rents. We encourage prospective tenants to be involved in the renovation of their homes and house many of our volunteers – this helps to give people a feeling of ownership of their property. 

 

We do not charge deposits, rent in advance or non-returnable fees – making our properties available to all. We further provide security of tenure which helps to bring stability to our community.
