About this Event

Come along to Hull Central Library and play sociable chess. We welcome players at all levels in the Library Café or Main Hall.

Boards, sets and clocks available. The atmosphere is informal with games being played in a friendly social spirit. True coffee-house chess!

 

The focus is on playing rather than coaching but strong players are happy to advise on improving your game and on other local opportunities to play competitive chess.

 

Sessions are run by the Hull and East Riding Chess Association
